Hi Bob:The census of 1666 of ten districts
in Quebec also shows a Toussaint Girou [age30}from Beauport,which I believe is near Quebec city.
His wife was Marie Godart.{age 25}
They had a son named Jean.{age 15 months}They also had three other sons.
What was our family name,originally?
