I've enjoyed reading your many posts here as well as the Clan Muirhead site.
My great-grandfather was James Ormiston Fraim Grosert who I've found listed on Louis Saleeba's website.
If you are interested I have a reasonable amount of info on his descendants. His second wife was Janet Watt and my grandfather James Grossert was the 5th of his 6 children by Janet.
James Grossert emigrated to South Africa approx 1902 (wish I knew exactly) and married Edith Maude Stead.
My mother was Edith Grace Grossert.
There still are some of the family in Edinburgh, but no longer with the Grosert (or in their case Grossart) surname.
If you have more information on my branch of the family, I'd be delighted to see it.
