Marcene, I can't really help you on this, but wanted to note that Mary Jane Armstrong b. 8. April 1855 married
Peter Asbury Renninger b. 25 July 1854: Peter Asbury Renninger was the son of Nathan Renninger who was son of Peter Renninger, brother to Rachel Renninger, mother to those three Gross siblings who married Armstrongs.

Just to add another little Armstrong link to this family.
