Grosjean/Groshong variations in NY 1800-1830
While looking for the reason that my Joseph Grosjean came to NY in 1828 I have been searching the early censuses and city directories in NY for Grosjean or variations of the name.
If anyone is descended from any of these people I would love to hear from you.

George Grosin- Newark, Essex Co NY- from a tax list
1820
William Groshong- Sempronius, Cayuga Co , NY
John B. Groshon- 5th Ward, New York City- had hardware store
Lewis Groshon- 6th Ward, New York City
1830
Catharine Groshon- 2nd Ward , New York City
Joseph T. Gresend- Brighton, Monroe Co.,NY
Frederick Greshen/ Groshon- 6th Ward, New York City- had shoe store
