Martin Luther Grose

I am in the process of documenting the family history of the Grose family in Tasmania and I have traced the original migrant to a Martin Luther Grose who was probably born about 1864 in Cornwall. I have a number of documents that suggest this and a photograph of him taken by a photographer in St Austell prior to his migration.

The family was involved in mining at the time and this was continued in Tasmania. I have some evidence to suggest the Martin Luther may have migrated in about 1885 to Melbourne Victoria, Australia aboard a ship called the "Austral" but I can't confirm this yet.

If anyone can help me locate the Cornish family of origin for Martin Luther, I can provide significant data on the decendants of Martin Luther Grose in Tasmania.
