Middlesex, NJ Grooms--Moses, Mary and children

I am interested in Moses Groom (abt 1740-1786) and Mary Brown Groom of Middlesex, NJ and their children. I have the papers of the estate of Moses which indicate he died in Middlesex, NJ in 1786. The papers have Mary as executrix and the oldest son Stacy as bondsman. Mary, son Stacy and his wife Rachel are listed as members of the First Presbyterian Church in Cranbury, NJ. The Brainerd Cemetery next to the church lists a Mary Groom (1747-1827). Does anyone know if this is the grave of Moses' widow who according to some internet accounts was supposed to have gone to Hampshire, Va and then on to Franklin Co., Ohio?

The church records also list marriages of Nancy Groom to Benjamin Taylor in 1807, Mary Groom to Thomas Cain in 1807, Aaron Cook to Letitia Groom in 1813. I have seen Letitia listed as a daughter of Moses and Mary Groom but have not seen Nancy or Mary listed as such. Can anyone help me with this?

Moses' brother Peter Groom went to Saratoga, NY. Does anyone have any info on what happened to his brother Thomas Groom?

Thanks,
Donna Grooms Ferrell
