Here is an update on my search for Andrew Grohol, I have joined several other groups and someone found them on the 1920 census so I have copied the information and posting it here:
Have you found your great great grandparents in the 1920 census? I
located them in Humboldt, a section of Hazel Township, I guess.
Their name is spelled Groho.
Andrew is 40 (probably born in 1879), born in Austria, immigrated in
1902, naturalized in 1915, is an engineer - electric motor.
Wife Mary is 25 (but could be 35 - that would make her birth year as
either 1884 or 1894), born in Austria, immigrated in 1902,
naturalized in 1915.
Son John is 9 (probably born in 1910).
Son Michael is 7 (probably born in 1912 - your great grandfather).
Daughter Mary is 5 (probably born in 1914).
Daughter Anna is 3 3/12 (probably born in Sept or Oct 1916).
Son Andrew is 1 8/12 ( probably born in April or May 1918).
All the children are born in Pennsylvania.
After consulting with other family members I believe Mary to be 35 in the 1920 census. So anyone with any information about this family please let me contact me. Thank you and have a nice day.
