Dear Nancy,
your Knappendorf and Schneckendorf are in the same region of Nord-Böhmen. Please give some names ( best in german language) and dates. There is an other one looking for Groh`s from Bohemia, please see this list. I am interested in Johann Gottfried Groh, born about 1760 in Harpersdorf, Kreis Goldberg near Liegnitz in Nieder-Schlesien. This is not far away on the north side of the Sudetengebirge. This was until 1742 a part of Österreich-Ungarn same as Nord-Böhmen. Regards Klaus
