Have you looked in the book The Heritage of Rockingham County? It does have Bartholomew being born 1727. I am also researching the Grogan's in Rockingham Co., NC. There are so many of them there. I'm researching Daniel "Dock" Grogan who married Delilah Murphey with not alot of luck.
