This is for my neighbor, Marie! She is looking for two of her cousins, Oscar Jesse Groff, Jr and his sister, Elsie Louise Groff, children of Oscar Jesse Groff, Sr., & Alta McKinley.
Oscar,Jr was born in ca 1926 and graduated from Polytechnic
High School, Baltimore, MD in 1944. Elsie Louise was born
in 1925 and her married name is Briggs.
Elsie Louise,age 5, is on the 1930 census with her parents.
Oscar was not listed. Was he adopted?
The last Marie know about either one, they were both
living in Florida.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
