Hello. My name is Sheryl Valantine. I am trying to trace my Groen family ancesters but have had much difficulty. All I know is the My grandmothers parents were grace pettett and Jacob Groen. Jacob was born on October 9, 1985 in Holland. He came to the USA with his brother. He met my great grandmother in North Bend, WA where they were married. Eventually His brother returned to Holland but Jacob (known as Jack) remained here all his life. His parents were Anna Maria Brillenburg-Wurth and Jacob Groen. I have a picture of them taken in Rotterdam. That is all I know of my great and great great grandparents. I know that I still have Groen family in Holland, but I am unsure of their names. Could anyone help me???
