Hallo John,
Concerning that the name is written
"GROEN" and "van Soest" I suspect that a
dutch line is almost sure, Groen transl.
to english is Green.

In Holland there are several familygroups
Groen, were as a few have websites

Although most is in dutch you can always
contact me for questions.

Although my surname is "de Rijk", I'm
from a familygroup Groen from
Egmond aan Zee and surr.
