Sorry, I haven't gotten back to you sooner. I sent the picture to my sister and she showed it to my mother and aunt. They both say Bice looks familiar but they couldn't remember for sure. Mom was 5 and my aunt was 13 when Tabitha died.
One thing that both of them said was it reminded them of another woman in a picture they had seen. They are going through some old family pictures to see if it jogs their memory.
I posted my database on Rootsweb. If you do a search on Tabitha Groce you should find it.
