Sorry but I don't know anything about this Grizzard family. I can't find a Robert L. Grizzard born in 1874 in the 1880 census.
I did find Robert and Letitia and their family in the 1910 TN Census in Stewart Co. Dwelling 230/Family 230
Robert L. Grizzard 36 md 1 time 12 years TN AR TN occ; farmer
Letitia 36 md 1 time 12 years mother of 3 children, 3 living
Beulah age 11
Ural L. age 7
Marie V. age 5
I did not find any of these family members in any of the 1920 or 1930 census records for TN or any other state. Sorry I can't be of more help.
