Charles Grist, Loxley, England. Killed in the Great War, 1917, WYR
I have been researching men who appear on a memorial in Loxley, Sheffield England. These men fell in the Great War 1914-18. The result of this research and military details about Charles Grist can be found on http://www.stannington.webitsmart.co.uk/http://www.stannington.webitsmart.co.uk/
Can anybody tell me more about Charles and his family - He was a member of the West Yorkshire Regiment. Unfortunately I know very little about him other than military details His name appears on the memorial because he went to the Loxley Methodist Church or was part of a Bible Class.
Any additional information would be great. I'd like to know his age and also the identity of his parents
Thanks in advance.
Robert.
