Vaughn: I can't recall if I have ever been in contact with you in the past; however, I believe that your "fellow" Elijah and my fellow Michael Grisham were brothers. My Michael, b. 1788 in TN, d. Everton, MO, and married Martha Corbett. I won't bore you with more until give me some questions to make sure that I'm the line you are looking for. Let me know...I have several books on the Grishams in MO, TN and out in Calif.
