Hello, I'm looking for my Grisham / Parker Family.
Silas Grant Parker married Samantha Isabel Grisham on 1/3/1892 in Pope co ILL. Also have connections in Williamson Co ILL,and Crab orchard ILL.
After Samantha passed from Dropsey he married her nice Ora Ethel Walters and had 3 childern one boy and two girls. There was no childern that I know of by his first wife.
I have been working on the Parker line for 14 years now in ILL,MO,Arkansas. Need information from Sikeston MO where Silas Parker was a Grocer and a Jeweler. My understanding is they moved from Pope co ILL to Sikeston MO then to Arkansas.
I have found ILL and Arkansas connection but really need the MO one, to fill in missing links.
Looking for Family of Silas Grant Parker Born Aug 29,1863 near Marion ILL. His Father was a Baptist Minister Rev Grorge Parker and mother was Safronia Grant. He also had a nephew named Lloyd Parker that was also in Sikeston Mo. What is listed as parents could be wrong? I have seen them listed also as Silas and Polly Grant? also seen it listed as Silas jr and Mary Grant.
