Electious Harden to John Grimmett.
Electious Harden, for 35 pounds, sells to John Grimmett, one grey horse, value 15 pounds, three feather beds and furniture together with the rest of my household furniture, value 15 pounds, one stack of wheat now on the tenament where I now dwell, value 5 pounds. 25 October 1773. Electious Harden signs by mark.
