I am trying to track down what happened to Richard Grimmer who was born around 1877 in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire after he disappeared from his family just before the first world war.
HIs family knew that he was still living when his wife died around 1947.
Richard was a builder by trade and helped to build the "Sanderson Hotel" in Hunstanton.
His Parents were Edward Grimmer and Theresa Stevenson.
He married Bertha Collier in 1901 Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
Any help on this mystery would be greatly appreciated.
