Tom, I can't answer your questions because this is not my Griggs line.

Others have attempted to tie my ancestor Rhodum Griggs to this John & Minus Griggs line. Has anyone from the John & Minus Griggs line did the DNA?

I also have an another ancestor named John Griggs who was there too but he was not from the John & Minus Griggs line as he came from Westmoreland County, Va. to NC in 1765. He goes back to the immigrant Thomas Griggs in Lancaster Co., Va. who was imported by Robert Griggs.

Many have confused one of my other ancestors, John Griggs for the John Griggs in Orange County.

To my knowledge I don't think Leonard Griggs was tied to our line either.
