I didn't learn until recently that Henry was married for a third time. Yes, he was married to a Nancy & fathered two children by her. Not sure if the daughter was named Milley or Minnie E. as both names appear as his daughter. One could be an error. The name Milley makes more sense than Minnie to me. You must descend from Ann (Theodosia?) Griggs. Anyway your Henry was son of Rhodum Griggs & Millie Bagley.
His marriage to the 3rd wife Nancy is often confused with the Henry Griggs who married Nancy Sturdivant but this Henry was the son of William & Linnah Griggs, who were also my ancestors from my other Griggs line. I am documenting both lines. Henry Griggs & Nancy (Sturdivant) Griggs migrated to Tx. & both of them died there.
The name Rhodum was used alot in generations below him. In my line the grandson was named Rhodum M. Griggs & further down the line my grt. grandfather named his firstborn son, Rhodum Levi Griggs.
