Griffin/Griffiths and Harbisons Frederick Co Va abt 1750

I am researching Margaret Griffin/Griffith b. abt 1727 died bef 1810 in Culpeper Co. Va. Margaret married (about 1746) Matthew Harbison Sr b. abt 1725 and died before 1774 (estate inventory) They lived in Frederick County Va. where Matthew Sr was a member of the militia and sons John b 1748-1819 and Matthew Jr b 1750-1775,were members of Morgan's Company of Virginia Riflemen. Other children: Samuel b 1753, William 1754, Elizabeth 1756, Elinor 1758, Mary 1760, and Moses 1764. Matthew had 350 acres on Cedar Creek (Shenandoah County) surveyed in 1753.
Matthew and Margaret may have migrated from Pennsylvania. I know through what records I've been able to access, that there were both Griffins and Griffiths on some of the same lists.
Does anyone have any information on these lines? Any help is greatly appreciated.
