LAndrew was the second son of James Grieve/Isobel Bisset
and was listed in OPR for Markinch:
Andrew Grieve, born 29 Dec 1794 and baptised 2 Jan 1785
His death 2 August 1827 in Coaltown of Balgonie, was entered into the Markinch Burials 1799-1854
He married Jane Dalrymple 12 Dec 1810 in Kettle, Fife
Jane Dalrymple was born 25 Mar 1787 in Kettle, Fife, daughter of David Dalrymple and Agnes Mc
Knab. Jane's death 20 Dec 1831 in Coaltown is entered in Markinch Burials 1799-1854.
Although there is a record of the marriage of Andrew & Jane, none of their children appear in OPR birth registers.
Through early census records and search of the death index on ScotlandsPeople web site, have been able to identify 5 children for them. There are possibly others that haven't yet been identified. Birth years are approximate and based on ages given at time of death

married George Philp 3 Jul 1835 in Markinch
ISABELLA b. @ 1816 died 1889 in Coaltown, Markinch
married William Hamilton 19 August 1837
DAVID b @ 1821 died 1894 in Dysart, Fife
married Margaret Bell 11 Jan 1844 in Markinch
JANE b. @ 1823 died 1867, Coaltown, Markinch
married John Fenton 5 May 1849
MARY b. @ 1827, died 1898 in Coaltown
never married
I have census records for most of these offspring and will be happy to share notes.
