Henry and Charlotte (Tiesmeier b. May 1840),Griese married in Nov 17, 1857. Charlotte married again to a ? Siekmann and a ? Franzer. All lived in St. Louis. Charlotte was born in Germany. She had five children according to the 1900 census. One of her son's was Julius Henry Franzer born Feb. 1871 in St. Louis. Charlotte was my ggrandmother. My father is 87 yrs old and knows nothing of his grandparents. He said that she had outlive all her husbands. He only meet her once about 1918 or so. I do not see her on any 1920 census. Any information is appreicated. My father has just been diagnosed with lung cancer and I just lost my younger sister Kathleen Hehmann to lung cancer two weeks ago. I was able to find Charlotte Franzer in the 1900 census and was able to let Kathleen know who her ggrandmother was before the Lord took her home. I really would like to get more info before I loose my father. Charlotte Franzer had a cemetery plot in St. Peters cemetery. She had it transferred to her son Julius and Elizabeth (Gaskamp) Franzer . Charlotte is not buried in this cemetery. But on this plot is a Hannah C Siekmann (8mos old). I believe that was her granddaughter. Parents I believe were August H. and Amelie Siekmann. 1900 Census living on 2614 Palm Steet St. Louis, MO.
God Bless
