I am a writer in New Jersey currently writing a series of articles about Gen. William N. Grier. Stafford Township, where I live in New Jersey, has recently purchased the Grier's 1872 cottage (located in Manahawkin within the Township) and is planning restoration of the site.
I am preparing articles on the life of Grier and would appreciate any information you can provide. If you are interested, I can send you copies of the articles in the series, including what has already been published and what is to come.
