Ohio, The Three Joseph Grice in 1850

The subject says it all. While looking through an index of the 1850 census for Ohio, I came across three Joseph Grices. One living in Montgomery county, Two living in Highland county. I checked an index to the 1840 census and found two Joseph Grices listed. Both in Highland county with one being listed as Sr. and one Jr. *sorry, no dates on those two because I am still picking out my Montgomery county lot* The one in Montgomery county was born c. 1828 in Virginia and is listed as in the household with Samuel Grice (born c.1820 Va-probably brother) and Susana Grice (born c. 1829 Oh-probably Samuel's wife). On the same page is listed John Grist which shows all indications of being my John Grice (born c. 1816 Va-wife Mary born in Ohio, brickmaker by trade, sons William, Samuel matching ages)

I know that there is a Joseph Grice buried in Silfer cem. in Montgomery county. Does anyone know which one this is?
