Sorry about that. I was unaware of any other Grices that were in Delaware county now. The county courthouse does have the marriage licenses on microfilm for a few of the children of John Grice. But I do not know what happened to his descendants after about 1910 or so.

My search for my Grice origins continues. Family oral tradition now places (Wilbur Jesse Grice)my great grandfather, as having either a father or grandfather who operated an ice company in or around Dayton named James. Montgomery Co. Ohio does have a grice family that was there from about 1830, but does not appear to have yielded any Wilburs Jesses or Jameses in the late 1800's. Wilbur would have been born about 1894 or so.

don't know if this fits in anywhere, but it might.
