Grandfather Victor Wade had daughter with Silla Hopkins(1927-1951). Silla's mother was Emelda Bernard (?-1963).

Victor's parents: Clifton Wade 1883-1925) had six children with his wife Iris Simon(1890-1970): Oliver, Merry, Gerald, Myrtle, Fitzroy and Victor. He also had another daughter Emelda by unk mother, who married Lawrence Bernard.

Great-Great Grandfather James Arthur Wade(?-1916), who married Alice Elizabeth Coleman (1859-1900), they had 7 children: Clifton, Elgood, Theresa, Eila, Dorothy, Elaine, Buelah, and Fitz George.

James' second wife was Reburtha Gooding and they had 3 children: James, Edna and Kelly. (I have no idea what happened to his widow and her children)

James' will listed an aunt Elizabeth Williams, and his sister's children: Vivian, Lena and Bertie Simeon, and also his granddaughter Phyllis DaBreo.

James' son Elgood moved to work on the Panama Canal and had a family there. Daughter Dorothy Wade married a Wilson and moved to Guiana.

I know there are other Wade's from Grenada, I just need to find them. I did find a Thomas Wade from England who married Ann Atherley in Grenada in 1787, Thomas died a few years later after their son was born. But I cannot connect the two families.

Sound familiar? Any info or suggestions would be great!
