Searching for any information on my great grandfather John Alexander Greig who was married to Jeanie Officer. Also any information on Jeanie Officer. Have been told there is a family tie-up with the Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg, whose family name was originally Greig from Aberdeen.

My great grandfather was deceased by 1906 when his son, my grandfather George Officer Greig married my grandmother Christina McLean Laurie in Glasgow.

Also any information regarding my grandfather
George Officer Greig would be appreciated.
