Raygena, Moses did sign an Oath of Alleg. in the State of Maryland. (as did Benjamin Corbin and I think Ethan Loveall). They had to too keep their property. He did not serve in the military though. At least I couldn't find any record of it.

The document should be available from the Maryland archives.
