You might be able to find the cemeteries between those two cities by a map program or a list from those areas. Greenland-L is a surname list so you'll need one that is for the country. Try usgenweb.com and go to the worldnet area. Once you find the names of cemeteries you can write them, they should be able to tell you if your individual is buried there.

Also, since you have a date of death you could write vital records and get the death certificate, it generally will state place of internment.
