I expect the initials E.O. were her husband's. If so she was likely to be the wife of Edward Owen Greening born Warrington 17th Aug 1836. I don't know anything about his wife but they lived in Manchester in the 1860's and moved to London in the 1870's. Edward was the son of Benjamin Greening and Ann Owen (Known as the 'Beauty of Warrington') and Grandson of Nathaniel Greening, the Warrington Industrialist. E.O. was a leading light in the Co-operative movement and published the 'Agricultural Economist' he also once stood for Parliament (unsuccessfully) as a 'Working Class' candidate, so his wife would also be likely to have been involved in politics!
I have just published a book 'GREENING - An English surname over 500 years' with a lot about this family (I am related). If you want more information please contact me.
