There is also a death of a Thos, son of John & Ruth of GB on 11th March 1810.
There are 6 possible births of Richard.

son of Thos & Mary of Harwood 28 Oct 1770
son of Benj. & Esther of GB 25 March 1770
son of Wm & Nancy of Harwood 10 Oct 1771
son of Richard & Betty of Tong 29 June 1777
son of Thos & Ruth of Tong 10 May 1778
My best guess will be John & Ann of GB in 1768
John married Ann Tong on 1 Jan 1765
Ann Tong died 13 Dec 1771 after a dau, Ann who was born 3 Dec 1771.
There are no further births after 1771.
