Thank you for your message, Denise. Although Tyldesley and Eccles are not far apart geographically, no Greenhalgh connections have been found so far. Unfortunately there are no examples of a Roger Greenhalgh discovered to date in the Tyldesley branch. Ancestry shows a marriage of Roger Greenhalgh and Annie Walton in late 1909. He may have been born about 1880 and lived in Swinton. Greenhalgh is quite a common surname in south-east Lancashire. Good luck with your search.
