What literature says that Mary was the daughter of John 3 Greene (Benjamin 2, John 1)? Your observation is correct that John-3 did not mention Mary in his will. But he does name 9 living sons, mentions 2 deceased (but unnamed sons) and names 2 daughters. The best conclusion is that his daughter Mary was deceased and probably never married or had children. That is, unless there is evidence proving to the contrary.
Of course, that brings me back to your question as to who were her parents? I can't answer that. But I would like to know where your found the reference that she was the daughter of John and Mary Aylesworth.
