George Greene, 1755/60 William Greene

Seeking information on the family of William Greene who married Nancy Justice abt 1757 in Tyron County North Carolina. William was born abt 1742 in Rhode Island and Nancy was also born abt 1742 in Rhode Island. Nancy and William had 6 known children; Jarvis, George, Mary, Esther, Nancy, and James. Jarvis married Sarah Griggs in North Carolina, George married Lucy Jones in North Carolina, Mary married John Rattan in North Carolina, Esther married Absolem Matthews in North Carolina, Nancy married Robert Armstrong in North Carolina, and James married Sarah Hix also in North Carolina. All the children except for Jarvis and Esther died in Illinois. Jarvis died in North Carolina and Esther death place is unknown. If you have any information as to the parents and grandparents of William Greene it would be greatly appreciated!
