Hi Raymond
I hope you can help me here. My 5x great grandparents Elizabeth Greenaway and James Price married in Newnham on Severn 23 April 1759. Greenaway is not a Newnham surname in this period. Proximity suggests she may have been the youngest of five children of John and Mary Greenaway, baptised 1724 to 1737 in Fretherne across the Severn, south of Arlingham. Mary 1724 John 1727, Joseph 1730, Lewis 1731, Hannah 1733, Elizabeth 8 May 1737, parents apparently the John Greenaway who married Mary Harris in Arlingham, 1 Aug 1721. All speculation. Does your extensive database provide any other possibilites?
Lee
