Grace, hello. Am I right in thinking that you are married to Dean Edwards and are the cousin of Karen Adams? If so then I have already been in touch with Karen who supplied me with details of the researches back then which would have been about the time you posted your message. I have also been in touch with Phil Lower about his branch of the family. I have worked a lot on our own tree since then and although I do not have much older history than you quote, I do have quite a lot of Greaves contacts at more recent times and I am still working on those at the moment.
We have started a "myfamily" website which ranges far and wide but which has a number of photos and names on it which would be of interest to you if you have not aleady seen them. If I can reassure myself that there are no security issues then I would like to post the whole of my present tree on that site. There are some eight hundred names so that is quite a lot to swallow, most of it irrelevant, but there are parts which would involve you. For the moment I am being a little careful about that, but if you would like to be "invited" to join as a member then just let me know that I have the right person and your email address and I will get the invitation message sent to you. I have tried to ask Karen, Phil and Cathy Despres to join but so far I have not heard from them. It was only this week so no problem. Let's see how much information we can get together. I do intend to visit the parish and other records to try to go back further but there are a lot of lines to follow across the various families I have included in my tree.
We are descended from Mary Hartley Greenwood, daughter of Seth and Sarah and sister of Joshua.
