Hi.
This may not have any bearing, but I am a Greaves living in Gomersal, about 1 mile from Birstall. Both my father and grandfather along my paternal line were involved in the textile trade, working for a machine manufacturer called Haigue Chadwick in Cleckheaton West Yorks. If this rings any bells, please let me know.( my fathers name was Paul and grandfathers was Jack)
