Yes I have, although I'm not looking at the records now. I am accepted by DAR on lineage of John Cassel. They also accepted his wife as Christian Greathouse, d/o Jacob Greathouse. John's will names his wife as Christian. Among the children named in estate settlement of Jacob Greathouse is John Cassell for his wife. I haven't looked at that recently, but it indicates John is a s-i-l of Jacob Greathouse. In the will of John Cassel, maybe Jasper Co, GA, it mentions one of his daughters who is already old enough to be married and refers to Christian as her mother. From that information the age of the dau can be approximated, and that Christian is her mother shows that Christian was the wife of John Cassel at time of settlement of Jacob Greathouse's estate.
