In my notes I show: Will of Molly Grotehouse. Will made 23 Oct. 1817, probated 22 Dec. 1817. Greenwood Township, Mifflin Co., Penn. daughters; Polly, wife of John (McGary), Amy Evans, wife of Lewis Evans, Rachel Buchanan, grandson Joel McGary,granddaughters, Helen and Mary Ann McGary, grandson William Miles, grandson Martin Yocam, Executor; Arthur McNaight, Esq.
I didn't do this research so don't know how valid. Do you have any other information showing that John is their son?
