The Official Authoratative History of the Griersons of Lag in Dumfries-shire, Scotland (c) December, 2007, by D. A. Grierson.

This history has never been offered before, but is available now, for a limited time. This material is offered electronically, is not on dics, book, hard nor soft cover, but will be sent out as an attachment only.

It is unique work, (twenty years) in the making, and can only be found here for a limited time.

This particular history ties the Griersons of North America, to include the Grayson family to the First Baronet (1st Baronet) of Lag, and the Lords of Lag, dating back hundreds of years, includes Robert Grierson, of the Hillabees, and his family; (Colonel) James Grierson, who arrived in 1762.

Some of the surname associated with this unique history are : Grayson, Grierson, McBurnie, Hamilton-Grierson, Douglas, Glendening, Murray, Kirkpatrick, & many others.

There are no pictures associated with this material - you agree to obey the copyright laws of the United States.

All material may need to be - to some extent, reformatted on the Word Document, for which it is written. The material comes with many valueable sources, and notations from legal records in Scotland, private researchers, & newpaper articles, to include tombstones, and many other sources, all pieced together over decades. It is the first such work of its kind.

Many people have tried, and failed to place the Graysons of North America to the old country, to include Chief George Washington Grasyon, but none have ever succeeded.
