Hi,
I'm probably related to your folks - I'll pull together some family tree research my father gave me. My father, William Frazer Grayburn, was born in Wilkensburg just outside Pittsburgh -His father was Walter Inglis Grayburn, a pattern maker with Union Switch and Signal in Pittsburgh. My father had heard the family had a manor house in Hull, England - when he was in England during World War II he inquired in Hull about the Grayburn family and was told "we drove those black haired devils out of here a long time ago"- he didn't ask any more questions - may have been referring to the murder mentioned in this thread. Walter Inglis Grayburn had 2 sisters, Olive and Edith, who lived in Pittsburgh.
I would love to hear from you folks and trade more info.
My maiden name is Anne Elizabeth Grayburn - I have 2 brothers:
Douglas Russell Grayburn
William Scott Grayburn.
