Help I have a GRAVES letter from 1889

Hi
I have a letter and envelop from 1889 post marked Norton Kas. and Newbury Port, Mass.
The people are a Miss. Ellen Graves (niece). A Mrs. E. P. Graves (aunt) named aunt Nellie.
From Burke ranche.
Another city I think Newington ?
Another person "Maurice" with a puppy "Rover"
