Eulalie Gagnon's husband, Francois-Xavier-Alfred (Alphage) Gravel is a second cousin, once removed of Father Louis-Pierre Gravel.

Father Gravel, and several of his brothers - sons of Pierre-Louis Gravel and Marie-Jeanne-Jesse Bettez of Arthabaskaville, Quebec, founded Gravelbourg, SK about 1907.
