Thank you for correcting me on org. of Armadulie's name. It has been quite a 'brick wall' for me these last few years.
Does the Gravel line from Levi goes something like this:
Levi Gravel
Prisque Gravell
Pierre Gravell
Pierre Gravell
Claude Gravel
Masse-Joseph Gravel
Eloi Gravel ???????
Any info available on Marie Beauchamp and her lineage???
Lots of directions to go on this one. Don't quite know what limb to follow on this tree.
Did you send me a link to this register ?? If so nothing came through.
Are we related somehow ???
My great grandmother was Armadulie Gravel Guertin.
She was a seamstress according to family oral history. Also her daughter-in-law ( Lucy Gregoire Guertin ) ( my grandmother)use to write letters for her to her sister in Wisc.(Marie ?).
The only possible correction I would make to info you passed along is that both Napoleon and Armadulie are buried in Bourbonnais, Illinois in BVM Catholic Church cemetery. I make the rounds to this cemetery every time I'm in the area.
Thank you for responding. Send an email alone to my Yahoo address if you want.
Thanks again. Barb
