I can add one more son to Pierre and Delphine's family in addition to those shown at your web site. Regis was born 20 August and baptised 2 September 1882 at St. Peter's in St. Joseph, Ontario. Source: parish records of St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Joseph [then known as Drysdale or French Settlement], Huron County, Ontario; volume 2, page 13, unnumbered baptismal record in 1882; available on LDS FHL microfilm #1310854. Regis probably died before the 1891 Canadian Census, as he was not enumerated in the family group.
