Hello: I have been searching for my GRANT ancestors for 30 yrs, My John Grant who married Anna Maria Leib according to the 1800 Census in Berks Co. Pa was married with children. Before Eliz Boone( she married William GRANT) moved to Ky she lived less than 1/2 mile from where my John Grant lived. People have said my John Grant is the son of William Grant or the grandson, I have no proof and would love to find out who my John Grants parents or grandparents were, Where did my John Grant come from? When did he die, when was he born, where is he buried. I have hardly any info on him. I do know he had at least 5 children Jacob b 1803, Charles b 1808, Maria b 1810, Jeremiah b 1813, Bartolette born 1817. Their spouses respectivly are Lydia Knab, Catherine Knouse, Jacob Mock, Elenora Fuchs, and Esther Stapleton.
