I am looking for information about Cpt. James Grant. He was the son of Ephraim Grant and Hannah kenny. James Grant married Joanna Carter. James Grant was born about 1752 and died Nove 15, 1830 in Prospect, Maine. Need information and proof of where he and Joanna got married and lived during the Revolutionary War..Thank You.

Cpt. Jame Grant entered the military in Berwick, Maine on May 8, 1775. He served for Cambridge, Kittery Point, York and the Penobscot Expedition. But need marriage record for him to prove this particular James Grant was indeed in the Berwick, Maine are during the revolutionary war as there are several James Grants listed in the Berwick area.
