My family history shows a Bessie Fredrick Grant, born Dec 22, 1886. Third child of Benjamin Stacey Grant and Lessa S. Rathjens. Bessie married Robert Lee Skinner in Kansas City, MO, on June 30, 1923. Robert was born on April 5 in Jacksonville, IL and died Jan 30, 1958.
I don't know if this is the Bessie you are looking for or what side of the family your greatgrandmother was cousin to. I have more history of Bessie's siblings and lineage. Bessie was sister to my grandfather. Hope this is helpful.
